Kanon Banjo (盤 (ばん) 杖 (じょう) 奏音 (かのん) , Banjō Kanon^?) is a member of Noroshi and former student of Furin. He left Furin with Endo's faction.

Appearance

Banjo has shoulder-length hair with colored end tips. He also wears a striped T-shirt, paired with a striped pants, and rubber shoes.

• After Takiishi and Endo, he is the next strongest member in Noroshi.

Etymology

• The name Banjō means “board, tray or plate, disk or platter, or foundation, base, or platform” (盤 (ばん) , ban^?) and “staff, cane, or walking stick” (杖 (じょう) , jō^?).

• Banjo's given name, Kanon means “to play sound or musical performance” (奏音 (かのん) , kanon^?).
  • In the Cebuano language, however, kanon means “cooked rice”, similar to kanin in Tagalog.
