Jo Togame (
Appearance
Togame is tall and has black hair styled in a mullet with his longer ends tied in a braid. He has dark green eyes and wears a pair of round sunglasses with an orange lens. He wears a Shishitoren jacket over a pair of navy blue jackets and pants accompanied by wooden sandals. After the tournament against Bofurin, he significantly shortened his hair and shaved the bottom.

Personality
Togame was introduced as unpredictable and fickle. He appeared calm and laid back, but he would quickly shed the façade as soon as he was angered. Togame put up a villainous act for the sake of Choji Tomiyama, one that had gone on long enough to overlay with his actual personality. Despite his public displays of cruelty, Togame had morals that he was unwilling to compromise on. When Haruka Sakura berated Shishitoren for pursuing a middle schooler, Togame beat Yukinari Arima and Minoru Kanuma as reprisal for their dishonor.[5]
At present, Togame is relaxed and easy to talk to. He has become fond of Sakura since their battle. Although he is more approachable and openly caring, he remains a fierce and strong fighter with undying loyalty.

Relationships
Choji Tomiyama
Choji is Togame's close friend and leader. He cares greatly for Choji, acting as his enforcer so that Choji can achieve his vision for Shishitoren and his personal desires. Togame tells Tomiyama to save his fight with Hajime Umemiya for another day, since it is night time. Tomiyama suggest to Togame a brawl with Bofurin similar to Kendo team battle.
Haruka Sakura
Togame and Sakura disliked each other immediately after meeting due to their disagreement on how others should be treated. After their one-on-one fight, they made peace with each other. Togame agrees to help Sakura when asked, showing no animosity for the past, and considers him a friend, whom he is thankful for changing his views.
Skills
Togame appears calm and boring, but he is among the strongest and most skilled fighters in WIND BREAKER. He is the second best fighter in Shishitoren.
- Authority: As Shishitoren's Second-in-Command, Togame's authority over the gang comes second only to Choji in theory. In reality, his authority is more or less equal to that of Choji's. Thus, he can freely command its members as well as increase their morale.
- Fighting Prowess: Togame was blessed with great physical strength, allowing him to easily throw and slam delinquents on the ground. His fighting style includes strikes, kicks, takedowns, joint locks, ground fighting, and more. His strength was so strong that Shuji Hashirao, a member of Noroshi, felt that he was constantly getting hit by a truck. Due to his fighting skills, he was recognized as Shishitoren's second strongest, which granted him special authority.
- Stamina: Togame's secret weapon is his limitless stamina, as Shuji Hashirao describes it.
Etymology
- The name Togame means "ten" (
十 , to?) and "tortoise or turtle" (亀 , game?). - Togame’s given name, Jo, means "sinew, vein, string, or line" (
条 , jō?).

- He likes bottled ramune and shaded sunglasses.
- He hates being robbed of his time.
- He seems to work at the food stalls during festivals.
- He really likes hot tea.
- He does not text back, but only takes calls.
- He has a messaging app but leaves everybody to read.

- He only wears sandals because they are easy to wear.
- He apparently enjoys participating in eating challenges and is currently undefeated.
