(I know that this is better off as a social media post elsewhere, such as Reddit, for discussion. However, I do not have any such accounts to inquire, nor do I intend on making one for the time being):
As I'm reading through the manga (which I have already caught with at the time of writing this post), I was wondering on the size for each of the 6 [main] named "organizations" (https://wind-breaker.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Organizations) in the series.
So after looking over the chapters, I have to decided to put down my own personal "guesstimate" for each one (by approximate amount, followed by chapter(s) and respective page(s) in parenthesis "( )") (Please note that each of these numbers (EXCEPT for Noroshi) have been conducted by individual hand counts, which I have done a few times each to ensure an approximate count):
(a) Bofurin (including school rep. Hajime Umemiya himself, since he does not appear to be from any particular 3rd year class group) - At least 421+, based on the image of Sakura's class being surrounded by members of KEEL (Chapter 42 ("Rage"), page 17; i.e., 35) and multiply that number by 12 (for each class in the group (Chapter 62 ("Tsubaki"), page 5)). Also, Class 1-2 apparently has 38 members in their group (Chapter 35 ("Ren Kaji"), page 6 & Episode 12 of the anime (S1));
(b) Gravel (including the leader himself) - Between at least 71+ (Chapter 83 ("Reborn"), page 7) to maybe 81+ (Chapter 74 ("The Lawless Ones"), page 10; I included all the knocked-down men + however many "whitish-looking figures" that I could possibly count in the background of the image on that respective page);
(c) KEEL (including both the leader himself & the five (5) "VIPS") - At least 106+ members (Chapter 42 ("Rage"), page 17), at its height (Chapter 54 ("Re-start"), pages 20 & 21);
(d) Noroshi - As a title given to those who are considered the original members of the group: between 10 to 12 (not sure if the top fighters, Chika Takiishi & Yamato Endo would be counted amongst the ten (10) battle-hungry fighters who left Furin High prior to its unification amongst the various "warring factions", as both shown (in certain images) and described in both Chapters 90 & 105 of the manga).
This also (obviously) would not include the 100s, if not 1,000s of fighters that have been recruited to battle against Bofurin (not sure about any exact (or even approximate) count due to the sheer numbers seen at the end of Chapter 99), as they do not bear the title/affiliation in any of the manga scenes. This would make Noroshi the only group in the series to comprise mainly of a specific number of members rather than the entirety of their potential fighting force;
(e) Roppo-Ichiza - At least 20+ ((Chapter 83 ("Reborn"), page 20); clearest image of the group that I could find up to this point, possibly in its entirety) (could be slightly more than that, but they appear to be the group to be the least reliant on numbers and more on the strength/capabilities of each individual member);
(f) Shishitoren - Compared to the others: a little difficult in guessing the numbers based on the few manga images of the group, but if I have to guess: slightly or even significantly larger than KEEL (at the latter's height in strength) (Chapter 10, pages 8 & 10). If anyone has a "guesstimate" for Shishitoren based on what was seen so far in the manga, please share it in the response space below.
In case anyone's wondering why I'm talking about this topic here, it's basically out of curiosity. Let me know what you think of these "guesstimates" (for a lack of a better word) in the responses below.
